Starliner at Cypress Gardens Adventure Park

This is the Starliner, Florida's oldest opperating rollercoaster. It originally opened in 1964 as Starliner at the Miracle Strip Amusement Park in Panama City Beach, FL. It was moved here in 2004 when Miracle Strip closed and reopened in mid 2007. It's fitting that Florida's oldest opperating coaster be located in Florida's Oldest opperating park. Cypress Gardens (as it was known until 2004) opened in 1936 strickly as a beautiful gardens and world famous ski show place
